Dinner & Auction Fundraiser Due to Generosity of Local Sponsor

Friday, November 12th saw my husband and I participating in a Dinner/Silent
Auction Fundraiser held at The Club (formerly North Halton Golf &Country Club)
in Georgetown. This Fundraiser was made possible by the generosity of a local
Sponsor who wanted to have an event to raise money for the ongoing care and
rehoming of the residents of the Upper Credit Humane Society Shelter.

Bake Sale at the Thrift Shop

When: Saturday December 4th 10 a.m. till 3 p.m. 
Where: UCHS Thrift Shop, Moore Park Plaza

Yes we are having another bake sale so mark it on your calendar and join us at the store. If you enjoy baking we could use your help. We want to make this the best one yet so please consider donating your favourite baked goods. Donations may be dropped off anytime after 9am on the 4th or even Friday the 3rd prior to 5 pm provided they don't need refrigeration. Please list the ingredients and package your goods in containers you don't need returned. Whether you bake or not, drop in and pick up some treats for yourself and your family. You can stock up for Christmas by freezing suitable items until the holidays. All the money raised goes to care for the animals in our shelter.

Big Thank You to Darcey and Friends

A BIG thank you to Katelyn McFadden and her friends for raising $73.80 for the Upper Credit Humane Society. Katelyn and her friends collected this money by walking dogs in their neighbourhoods over the summer.

2010 Bark Around The Park Walkathon!

Thank you to all our wonderful sponsors and participants for making our first annual Bark Around The Park Walkathon successful! Over $4000 was raised for the shelter.

Dinner, Dance & Silent Auction

Join the UCHS at our Dinner, Dance & Silent Auction taking place on Friday, November 12th. Cocktails begin at 6:00pm and dinner starts at 7:00pm. Music & entertainment by Kent Tocher.
